john SIDNEY mccain, a former prisoner of war

i received an e-mail today from the mccain, a former prisoner of war, campaign informing me that i was morally obligated (and possibly legally bound) to include a reference of his once being a prisoner of war whenever i mention john SIDNEY mccain, a former prisoner of war. i was also inforrmed that mccain, a former prisoner of war, should not be critcized for anything he says, nor should he be accused of (or implicity accused of) any wrong doing because he was once a prisoner of war. the mccain, a former prisoner of war, campaign further criticized me for having not been completely supportive of john SIDNEY mccain, a fromer prisoner of war. it is completely unpatriotic of me, they continued, to even think that mccan, a former prisoner of war, would ever say or do anything wrong because former prisoners of war just don't do that sort of thing.

furthermore, they told me that the apparent lack of cognitve ability seen in mccain, a former prisoner of war's simplistic canned answers were not evidence that he was unable to lead us in the issues we are facing today. that john SIDNEY mccain, a former prisoner of war, was a former prisoner of war should be evidence enough that he has the abilities to address the economy, our energy crisis, climate change, the war, and terrorism.

finally, the mccain, a former prisoner of war, campaign pointed out that i should have been aware about policies concerning referencing mccain, a former person of war, as it has been evident in the media for the last few months. as an example they pointed to a recent new york times article about the obama campaign implying that mccan, a former prisoner of war, may have cheated in the recent saddleback forum. in that article a spokesperson for mccain, a former prisoner of war, points out how ludicrous such an iidea is, since mccain, a former prisoner of war, is a former prisoner of war. she says:

“The insinuation from the Obama campaign that John SIDNEY McCain, a former prisoner of war, cheated is outrageous.”
i must admit though, the mccain, a former prisoner of war, campaign was very nice about it in the e-mail. i wouldn't expect anything less that that coming from the campaign offices of a former prisoner of war.

but of course you know me.... i e-mailed them back and told them they could print up their e-mail and shove it up there.... trash.
