almost 2000 hits

wow.. i feel so cool now. if you are the lucky numbere 2000, comment this and i'll send you a crisp hundred dollar bill.

of course this counter is kinda deceptive. i think the count rises every time someone checks the comments or hits an archived post and all that jazz. so maybe i'm not all that cool

    Umm . . . you got like 90 hits all in one day or something because the last time I looked it was like 1955 and now its at 2045 you must have been real popular today. Just remember to smile.

    Yeah, while I was reading a couple of your entries it went from 1989 to over 2000, so it wasn't me, but I witnessed it. Wow, you're so popular!
